Lead Time

What is the average creation timeline?

Allow twelve to sixteen weeks for a made-to-measure gown, including fittings. Contact the atelier earlier for a date-led plan.

Fittings

How many fittings are required?

Most gowns need three fittings at the Ascot atelier: the first for shape, the second for refinement and the final appointment for finishing touches.

Fabrics

Can I bring my own lace or silk?

Yes. The atelier can assess your fabric for weight, condition and suitability. You can also choose from the in-house library of British textiles and imported couture cloth.
